Firearm Charges After Threat at Wicomico Party

Wicomico County police charge three individuals with firearm possession after a party incident escalates into threats of gun violence. Just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to reports that unknown individuals at a local party had brandished firearms and threatened attendees, claiming they would return to shoot them.

Following the disturbance, deputies located a vehicle linked to the suspects and identified two men, Nathaniel Hornsby, 20, and Leon Lofland IV, 21, both found with handguns, one of which was confirmed stolen. As police delve deeper into the incident, authorities also charged a 15-year-old juvenile found in the car with a minor drug possession offense. This incident raises serious concerns regarding public safety and illegal firearm possession in the area.
