Five individuals were arrested in Buffalo as a result of a year-long narcotics investigation led by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with various law enforcement agencies. The arrests include Ryan Matos-Santana, 30, and Kaylyn Rodriguez, 22, who were found with a one-year-old child during a search at a local residence, where authorities seized loaded handguns equipped with illegal modifications, along with a kilogram of suspected cocaine.
Additional search warrants executed on the same day led to the discovery of a second kilogram of cocaine and a workshop for illegal gun modifications. Following these operations, Matos-Santana, Lisander Pizarro, Michael Pizarro-Badillo, and Michael Rivera remain in custody, while Rodriguez has been released under supervision. The investigation reflects ongoing efforts to combat narcotics distribution and illegal firearms in the region.
