Fort Pierce Man Arrested After Failed Armed Robbery

Dylan Avery Orlando, 24, was arrested for an attempted armed robbery at the Card House Port St. Lucie, a local gambling venue, where he allegedly threatened patrons with a weapon. Following a search warrant executed by the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, Orlando was apprehended at his home in the Indian River Estates neighborhood.

The incident, which involved a confrontation with a firearm, has led to multiple charges against Orlando, including attempted robbery with a weapon and aggravated assault. Currently held in St. Lucie County Jail, he faces a bond set at $22,000 as the community remains on alert after the brazen attempt at robbery.
