Officers apprehended Rutherford without resistance shortly thereafter, although he reportedly made threats against the arresting officers. Currently held without bond, Rutherford faces charges including aggravated robbery and terroristic threatening, and he has a prior criminal record that raises concerns about his compliance with legal obligations.
