Indianapolis police have arrested four individuals for allegedly selling alcohol without a required permit in downtown Indianapolis early Saturday morning. The suspects, ranging in age from 18 to 24, were found selling alcoholic beverages for $10 from a cooler, and officers seized over 100 grams of marijuana and various drug paraphernalia during the arrest.
In addition to the illegal sale of alcohol, police confiscated four handguns, including a firearm that had been reported stolen. IMPD officials emphasize that this operation demonstrates their commitment to maintaining public safety amid rising concerns over illegal substances and firearm crimes. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office is set to determine final charges against the suspects.
