A traffic enforcement stop in Santa Rosa led to the discovery of a loaded ghost gun, prompting concerns over unregulated firearms. Officer recognition of 21-year-old Guillermo Topete Olmos, who had an outstanding warrant, resulted in his vehicle being pulled over, where he voluntarily admitted to possessing a firearm.
