Paljusevic, who stood mute and pled not guilty during his arraignment, is believed to pose a danger to the community, leading the magistrate to refuse bond. Authorities found evidence of violence, including spent shell casings and a trail of blood, while details emerged about the nature of the relationship between Paljusevic and the victim, which had soured following the death of the victim’s father. The next court date is scheduled for March 31, when further proceedings will determine the case’s advancement.
