Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputies have successfully seized two illegal firearms during a routine traffic stop, including a Glock 17 reported stolen by the Milwaukee Police Department and illegally modified for full automatic capacity. One of the individuals in the vehicle is a felon with a history of substantial battery and possession of illegal drugs, raising serious concerns about the potential dangers posed by these firearms.
In addition to the stolen Glock, deputies confiscated a Glock 43X from the vehicle occupants, both of whom have ties to Milwaukee but claimed to have recently moved to Fond du Lac. The Sheriff’s Office is collaborating with the ATF and Milwaukee Police in an ongoing investigation, highlighting the pressing issues of gun violence and illegal weapon distribution in the area.
