Adrian Picketts-Yoxall, a 33-year-old resident of the Kamloops area, has been sentenced to 3.5 years in federal prison after being caught manufacturing illegal handguns known as ghost guns in his home. Alongside his prison term, he faces a lifetime ban on firearm possession and must submit a DNA sample to a national database. His case highlights growing concerns over the rise of ghost guns in communities and the challenges law enforcement faces in combatting their illegal manufacture.
