Law enforcement discovered the weapons after investigating Martinez’s social media posts, which showcased firearms, including one reported stolen earlier this year.
Investigators executed a search warrant at Martinez’s home in September 2024, uncovering the stolen gun equipped with a machinegun conversion device. As an alleged member of the “East Side Locos” gang, Martinez faces the possibility of a 20-year prison sentence if convicted, and he remains in custody pending trial.
