Maine lawmakers reconvene this Wednesday to deliberate a significant proposal aimed at restoring the right to possess firearms for individuals convicted of nonviolent felonies. Sponsored by Rep. While no amendments have been proposed yet, discussions may explore the possibility of amending the process for restoring rights while ensuring justice for victims remains intact.
