The Loveland Police Department has arrested Seth Jester, 27, in connection with an attempted armed robbery at a downtown liquor store on February 13. Jester allegedly entered the store with a weapon and attempted to steal from the establishment but fled the scene after failing to carry out the crime.
Officers responded promptly and were able to apprehend Jester shortly after the incident, leading to charges of aggravated robbery with a weapon. He is currently being held at the Larimer County Jail on a $30,000 cash surety bond, raising questions about the rising incidents of armed robberies in the area.
