Merseyside Police have arrested a 29-year-old man after a loaded Ruger handgun and a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs were discovered during a warrant execution in Liverpool on Saturday. The warrant was carried out at a flat on Smithdown Road, where officers found the firearm hidden under a bed, along with additional ammunition.
