A 20-year-old man, Tyshawn Pringle, faces charges after allegedly stealing a firearm from Tiller and Lanier Guns in Wilmington, NC. The Wilmington Police Department’s Gun Crimes Unit began investigating the theft after gathering crucial surveillance footage that identified Pringle at the scene.
Law enforcement located Pringle at his apartment, where they found additional evidence including ammunition and drug paraphernalia. The stolen Black Anderson AM-15 rifle was eventually recovered, and Pringle has since bonded out after being charged with felony carrying a concealed weapon and larceny of a firearm.
