Man Convicted of Armed Robberies in Bossier City

Jesus Perez, 45, is found guilty by a Bossier Parish jury for orchestrating a series of armed robberies in Bossier City, having struck three locations in a span of just two hours on September 24, 2021. The robberies, which occurred late at night, featured consistent descriptions from victims despite varying clothing, as Perez was adeptly masked and dressed to evade immediate identification.

The swift investigation conducted by the Bossier City Police Department led to Perez’s arrest within 12 hours, aided by key evidence such as cash, a firearm matching that used in the robberies, and clothing tied to the incidents, including a green face covering. Each armed robbery charge carries a possible sentence of up to ninety-nine years, setting the stage for a significant penalty for Perez amid his conviction on multiple felony charges.
