A man in his 20s is dead and another man in his 40s is injured following a shooting in Houston’s Heights neighborhood, which police say erupted from an argument over posters. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday on Yale Street near West 20th, where two groups confronted each other, leading to gunfire.
The victim was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries, while the older man is reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed the altercation and invite tips through Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
