Man Shot Inside Philadelphia Popeyes, Investigation Ongoing

A 31-year-old man is recovering in stable condition after being shot at a Popeyes restaurant in Germantown, Philadelphia, on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. inside the establishment located at 111 W. Chelten Avenue, where the man sustained gunshot wounds to his shoulder and leg.
