Rodriguez allegedly confronted a couple at approximately 8:12 p.m., brandishing a handgun and stealing the woman’s purse before fleeing the scene.
Rodriguez holds ties to Paterson, NJ, and Wilkes-Barre, PA, prompting police to seek public assistance in his capture.
