The investigation found that Arone’s use of force was unreasonable, and both Officer Cole Bennett and Officer Alexander Tirona were implicated in hiding the weapon to evade accountability. Chief Andrew White expressed disappointment over the misconduct, emphasizing the department’s commitment to high standards of professional conduct.
