McAllen police have identified 24-year-old Mariano Felix Carranza as the second suspect in an armed robbery that occurred on July 17. The incident took place at the 2800 block of Redwood Avenue, where the two men reportedly held the victim at gunpoint during the crime.
The first suspect, 20-year-old Luis Leonardo Gonzalez, was identified earlier by authorities. Carranza is described as 5’10” tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Carranza or Gonzalez to contact McAllen Crime Stoppers at (956) 687-TIPS.
