Miami Woman Plans Lawsuit After Uber Driver Pulls Gun

A Miami woman, Krissy Celess, who is known as rapper Bomb Ass Krissy, plans to sue Uber after a disturbing incident in which her driver pulled a gun on her during a ride. The confrontation occurred when Celess attempted to direct the driver toward their destination, leading to a heated argument that escalated dramatically, captured on video and shared on social media.

The driver, who has since been removed from the platform, can be heard on the recording demanding Celess exit the vehicle while speaking with a 911 dispatcher. Celess’s attorney described the driver’s actions as “extremely aggressive” and disproportionate, voicing concerns over the implications of such behavior in rideshare services. Uber stated that they find the situation “extremely concerning” and are looking into the matter while emphasizing their policy prohibits drivers from carrying weapons.
