A 45-year-old man with a long criminal history has been charged in connection with a violent carjacking spree in Minneapolis, which resulted in the deaths of two women and the serious injury of a 6-year-old boy. Edward Tiki Arrington, also known as Troy Mike Payton, allegedly used a gun to steal a vehicle and then crashed into another car, killing 25-year-olds Marisa Ardys Casebolt and Liberty Borg, one of whom was the mother of the injured child.
Authorities report that the crash occurred after Arrington fled from police during a series of attempted carjackings that morning.
