Missouri Deer Hunts: Online Applications Open July 1-31

Missouri deer hunters can now apply online for managed deer hunts starting July 1, with applications open until July 31, according to the Missouri Department of Conservation. The hunts will take place in conservation areas, parks, and wildlife refuges from mid-September through mid-January, with special provisions for youth and those with disabilities.

Winners of this year’s drawing for managed hunts will be notified on August 15, making it essential for enthusiasts to apply early. Additionally, Cape Girardeau will hold a mandatory meeting on October 4 to discuss its specific managed hunt, which will allow only archery devices and spans five distinct periods from October to December.
