North Chicago Man Faces 20 Felony Charges for Gunrunning

A 20-year-old North Chicago man, Eric Raines-Sylvestre, is arrested and charged with over 20 felonies related to an illegal gun trafficking operation. The extensive investigation reveals that Raines-Sylvestre allegedly manufactured and sold “ghost guns” and machine gun conversion kits, with undercover detectives purchasing a total of 10 firearms and 26 conversion devices from him.
