Police are investigating a shooting that occurred late Friday at Rascal’s Bar and Grill in Conway, resulting in one fatality. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 9:53 p.m., where they found an injured individual who later died, according to the bar’s social media updates.
Herman Sanchez Herrera, 38, and Marcos Gutierrez-Vazquez, 26, are in police custody charged with public disorderly conduct, as authorities look into other potential suspects involved in the incident. In a statement early Saturday, the bar announced it would remain closed and expressed condolences, stating they are working with the victim’s family to honor their memory.
