One killed, four injured in DeKalb County shooting

In a tragic incident, one person is killed and four others are injured during an overnight armed robbery in DeKalb County. The shooting occurred around 2:05 a.m. at a car meet-up on Panola Industrial Boulevard, where a group of unknown suspects attempted to rob attendees, leading to a violent confrontation.

Among the victims, a 20-year-old man died from a gunshot wound to the neck, while a 16-year-old teenager suffered life-threatening injuries. Two additional 19-year-old men sustained non-life-threatening injuries. As the investigation unfolds, police seek information about the unidentified suspects involved in this shocking event.
