Irvin Ulisses Martinez, a 37-year-old Oxnard resident, is accused of drug trafficking following a significant narcotics bust that uncovered a large quantity of fentanyl and illegal firearms. Martinez remains in custody as he faces numerous charges, with additional investigations aimed at tackling similar drug trafficking operations in Ventura County.
