Parkersburg Man Pleads Guilty to Gun Possession Charges

A Parkersburg man, Michael David Enoch, pleads guilty to possessing a firearm as a felon and faces up to 15 years in federal prison. On December 15, 2024, authorities found him in possession of a 9mm semiautomatic Taurus pistol, which he knew was illegal due to his past felony convictions, including wanton endangerment and theft.

Enoch’s extensive criminal record also includes multiple offenses such as battery and fleeing from police, showcasing a pattern of disregard for the law. His sentencing is scheduled for July 31, 2025, where he could also face substantial fines and supervised release, making this a pivotal case for federal gun crime enforcement.
