Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Morris pleads guilty to aggravated robbery in connection with a Valentine’s Day armed robbery that left victims threatened at gunpoint. The incident occurred at the Lexington Hills apartment complex, where Morris, armed and aggressive, demanded personal belongings from the victims inside.
Morris could face up to 12 years in prison when he is sentenced in January 2026, following a plea agreement that allowed other charges to be dropped. Another accomplice, Haywood Drummond, has already been sentenced to six and a half years for his role in the crime, highlighting the serious repercussions stemming from this violent episode.
