This operation, conducted on Wednesday night, led to the confiscation of firearms and drugs, including a stolen Glock 27 and over 180 Oxycodone pills, as police continue their efforts to curb increasing violence in these neighborhoods.
Detectives reported that the arrests stemmed from proactive policing strategies aimed at addressing public safety concerns. James Williams, a convicted felon, faces multiple charges, including possession of a firearm, while the other suspects confront serious drug and firearms offenses. Officer Michael Vega emphasized the operation’s role in collaboration with the FBI’s violent gang task force, highlighting ongoing efforts to combat crime in the area.
