At approximately 5:00 a.m. on February 23, officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3800 block of Evergreen Street, where they discovered a male victim who had succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators have obtained surveillance footage showing the suspects and their vehicle, prompting police to engage the community in the investigation.
