Authorities in Lancaster County are actively searching for a suspect following a dramatic home invasion and armed robbery that unfolded Wednesday morning. The Manheim Township Police responded to a call at 8:13 a.m. after a resident reported being threatened with a firearm by a man dressed in black, who demanded cash and restrained the home’s occupants.
The suspect, described as a Black man approximately six feet tall, approached the victim under the guise of delivering a package before brandishing a weapon. Although the victims were not assaulted, they were forced to relinquish an undisclosed amount of money. Police are urging anyone with information or video evidence regarding the incident to come forward as the investigation continues without any arrests made thus far.
