Quesnel RCMP are currently investigating an armed robbery that took place early Friday morning at a Circle K convenience store. Around 5 a.m., reports came in regarding a gunman who intimidated staff and fled the scene shortly thereafter, prompting an immediate police response that included additional units and Police Dog Services.
The suspect is described as an older Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build, last seen wearing a blue FILA hoodie layered over a grey one along with black gloves and a balaclava. Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage and seeking to speak with a potential witness—a man who exited the store just before the robbery occurred.
