The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office charges 19-year-old Moses Joseph Ogak with possession of a stolen firearm and drug-related offenses following an October shooting investigation in Rochester. Authorities linked Ogak to the incident after law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire, leading to the discovery of two handguns, one of which was reported stolen, in a Tesla allegedly driven by Ogak.
In total, police recovered 268 grams of THC cartridges and a loaded Glock during a search of the vehicle, which connects Ogak to significant drug sales and illegal possession of firearms. Court documents also reveal that surveillance footage from the night of the incident captured a dark Tesla involved in a chaotic scene with people fleeing the area. Ogak, who denies involvement in the shooting, is scheduled for a hearing on December 30.
