The Santa Fe Police Department has identified a key suspect in a recent armed robbery and stabbing, issuing an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Angelo Vigil. Vigil faces multiple charges, including armed robbery and aggravated battery, and is currently at large. Authorities report that a 39-year-old victim was stabbed after being robbed by Vigil and two accomplices after leaving a downtown bar on Sunday night.
In their investigation, police have released descriptions of the other two suspects, one identified by surveillance footage wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and the other in a dark-colored shirt and green oversized jacket. The victim is recovering in stable condition at a local hospital. The Santa Fe Police urge anyone with information on the whereabouts of Vigil or the two other suspects to reach out to authorities to assist in the ongoing investigation.
