A free screening of the documentary “Hear Me” takes place on Tuesday, June 24, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the George B. Crane Memorial Center in Pittsfield. Directed by Dave Simonds and produced by Jenny Herzog, the film features interviews with seven young Berkshire County residents who discuss the root causes of gun violence in their community.
Following the screening, attendees can engage in a community discussion moderated by Herzog, addressing systemic issues related to gun violence and exploring prevention strategies. This event aims to provide a platform for youth voices on a topic of increasing importance in the region.
