Detectives from the Special Investigation Unit identified multiple sites in northwest Spokane and north of Deer Park, resulting in the seizure of 17 firearms, including 13 handguns and two untraceable guns without serial numbers.
Additionally, police found $10,000 in cash and a significant quantity of Xanax pills during the operation. The investigation highlights ongoing concerns about illegal firearm sales and their impact on community safety, prompting further scrutiny into the local firearm market.
