Suspect in Rio Bravo Robbery Still at Large

Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar reports that San Juanita Lee Guerra is still at large following an armed robbery at a maquinitas in Rio Bravo on June 11, 2025. Despite the arrest of five teenage accomplices, the investigation revealed Guerra was actively communicating with her son during the crime, raising questions about her potential involvement in organized criminal activity.

During a recent press briefing, Cuellar shared security footage of the robbery that involved masked individuals demanding cash. The suspects fled with about $80 after abandoning around $1,400 in a vacant lot nearby. Authorities urge anyone with information on Guerra’s whereabouts to contact them, highlighting that tips leading to her capture could earn a cash reward of $1,000.
