Police in Tampa are investigating a shooting incident involving a man and a woman who were targeted as they exited their vehicle late Saturday night. The shooting occurred around 11:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Woodland Terrace Park, leaving the male victim hospitalized in stable condition.
