A 16-year-old has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place late Friday night at a Circle K gas station in Valdosta, Georgia. The Valdosta Police Department reported that the incident occurred just before midnight when the young suspect allegedly brandished a rifle-style firearm at the store clerk and demanded cash.
Authorities responded swiftly, and within minutes of the initial 911 call, they located the teen hiding behind a nearby school. Officers also discovered a black rifle-style BB gun in a field adjacent to the store, further linking the suspect to the crime.
