Stamford police apprehend 19-year-old Joshua Arce early Saturday morning after discovering him near Mill River Park with a loaded 9 mm ghost gun and loose ammunition. Authorities had been informed that Arce was armed and swiftly took action, leading to his arrest around 2 a.m.
In addition to charges related to the firearm, Arce faces nine counts for violating a protective order and trespassing. Currently held on a $100,000 bond, he is set to appear in state Superior Court on October 22, raising concerns about gun safety and legal accountability in the community.
