A teenager was discovered shot to death in a vehicle over the weekend in Ramsey, Minnesota, identified as 18-year-old Diamond Eddie Manly from Brooklyn Park. Officers arrived at the scene on Snowy Owl Street on Sunday morning, finding Manly slumped over in the driver’s seat with a gunshot wound. Authorities classify the incident as a homicide, and no arrests have been made thus far.
