Teen Sought for Shooting During Sale in Rowlett Parking Lot

Rowlett Police are searching for 17-year-old Xavier Sen’cer Stevenson, who is wanted for allegedly shooting a 15-year-old boy in the head during a sale in a business parking lot earlier this month. The incident, which took place just before 3:40 p.m. on June 13, occurred when Stevenson reportedly met the victim and his brother to sell items, leading to a sudden and violent altercation.

The 15-year-old was quickly transported to a hospital after the shooting, though his current condition remains undisclosed. Surveillance footage from a nearby store captures the suspect prior to the incident, prompting authorities to urge anyone with information on Stevenson’s whereabouts to come forward. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest, highlighting the urgency of the investigation.
