The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested 18-year-old Naqwan Antonio Lucas, a suspect in the murder of 21-year-old Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a University of Massachusetts Amherst student. Tarpinian-Jachym was fatally shot on June 30 while interning for U.S. Rep. Ron Estes in Washington, D.C., and Lucas is also linked to the death of 17-year-old Zoey Kelley, who was killed a few days later.
