Three individuals have been arrested by the Greece Police Department after being found inside a vehicle stolen during an armed robbery in Rochester. The arrest occurred on Sunday when officers received an alert about the vehicle, which had been taken the day prior at gunpoint.
Suspects Justin Diaz, Brant Matthews, and Carrie Husureau, aged 33, 30, and 32 respectively, now face charges including third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. In a notable development, Diaz also faces an additional charge for unlawful vehicle use, highlighting the serious nature of this crime. Authorities plan to arraign all three suspects soon.
