Todd Tucker, a 26-year-old from Central Wisconsin, is sentenced to ten years in prison for pointing a gun at a woman during a confrontation in Marathon Park. After pleading no contest to multiple felony charges, including recklessly endangering safety and being a felon in possession of a firearm, Tucker’s attempted homicide charge was reduced as part of a plea agreement struck just before trial.
The incident, which occurred in October 2023, arose from a Facebook Marketplace transaction gone wrong when Tucker and a group confronted the victim and brandished a firearm. Thankfully, the victim managed to escape unharmed and contacted law enforcement from a nearby location. Tucker’s sentence includes a five-year period of extended supervision, a no-contact order with several individuals, and he must pay court costs, further underscoring the serious nature of this case.
