Two Armed Robbery Sprees Hit Melbourne Service Stations

Victoria Police detectives are currently investigating two separate armed robbery sprees that unfolded across Melbourne, targeting service stations in the east and south-east regions. On Saturday night, a group of males in a red Honda Civic executed six armed robberies in quick succession, stealing cash and cigarettes while assaulting three service station attendants in the process.

In a related incident, another group of five males targeted service stations in the eastern suburbs, escalating to assaulting a staff member and attempting to break into a supermarket. Police believe these crimes are interconnected and are calling for witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward to assist in their investigation.
