Witnesses reported that Pena threatened an individual with a firearm in the parking lot; video evidence allegedly showed both men exchanging weapons inside the store prior to the incident.
Police reports indicate that during the arrest, Pena injured an officer by biting his finger. Both men now face serious charges including menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, with several loaded magazines found at the scene.
