Two men, Jaivion Harris, 21, of Bowling Green, and Brian Williams, 19, of Little Rock, Arkansas, are charged with first-degree robbery after an alleged armed home invasion incident in Bowling Green. The police responded on Sunday to reports of suspicious individuals armed with firearms, leading to a chase after shots were fired from a residence on Moss Creek Avenue.
Witnesses reported that multiple male suspects entered a home through a back door and demanded to know the location of a male resident. As confrontations escalated, the resident retrieved a handgun and fired at the intruders, who returned fire before fleeing the scene. Investigators later located Harris and Williams nearby; Williams had an apparent gunshot wound.
