The incident, which occurred on November 7, led officers to find both suspects in possession of Glock 17 handguns, raising alarms about public safety in the area.
One suspect, 18-year-old Dai’Quan Mills, is already known to law enforcement for prior offenses, including possession of a stolen firearm.
